The GCA awards for 2022 were presented at our annual conference, which was held at the Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa, Blackburn in January 2023.

Our Chief Executive, Peter Burks, said: “The Inspection process is both an important feature of membership of the GCA and also a visit from the GCA Inspector is a great event in the life of a Garden Centre. From this you can determine where you are doing well and where you can make improvements compared to your fellow members. This steady integral improvement is what sets the winners apart but everyone is capable of getting to the top and the scores get steadily higher and the winning margins are getting smaller. Congratulations to all the winners you should be very proud of your achievements.”
