We have added BBC broadcaster Tanya Beckett to our line-up of guest speakers at our annual conference, which will take place at Luton Hoo Hotel, Luton, next month (January 20 until 23, 2019).
We’re honoured to have Tanya joining us on Tuesday, January 22 and inspiring our attendees with her talk all about business and the economy. We’re sure it will be extremely interesting for everyone and they’ll be able to relate Tanya’s advice to the running of their own garden centres.
Tanya has worked in broadcasting and the media for more than 20 years. She began her career at the Financial Times and went on to work for CNBC, Sky News, CNN and has worked at the BBC since 1998.
During her time at the BBC she has worked on a variety of programmes, including BBCWorld News, the Newschannel, Radio 4, BBC1, BBC2, Working Lunch, Today, World Business Report and Newsnight. She also spent three years living in and reporting from New York for the BBC.
